•Loyalty- You are not to be part of another clan. We are not saying you cannot have friends, but we require you to wear the AR clan tag or your streaming tag while streaming.  Support the leadership and stand up for fellow members. By wearing the AR tag you are expressing your loyalty to the regiment. By doing your share, you are showing your loyalty to your fellow members.

•Duty- Fulfill your obligations. Duty means being able to accomplish tasks as part of a team. You fulfill your obligations as a part of your unit every time you resist the temptation to take “shortcuts” like hacking/ cheating/ exploiting.
 
•Responsibility- Take responsibility for your own actions. Nobody is controlling you, if you do something against the regiment, be respectful of the consequences.

•Selfless Service- The basic building block of selfless service is the commitment of each team member to go a little further, endure a little longer, and look a little closer to see how he or she can add to the effort. Everyone has a life outside the gaming community, most come here to enjoy themselves and get away from the droll of normal life. Think about your fellow members before starting on them because you're having a bad day.

•Honor- Respect for the regiment. No demeaning/ belittling other gamers. We all have a competitive side and talk trash, but do it in a respectful manner. You are representing the AR regiment as a whole. Live up to AR values. 

•Integrity- The ability to report as you see and be honest with the regiment. No false accusations. There is no reason to not be honest.

•Personal Courage- Unafraid to speak your voice, if you think there is something that could improve the regiment or discord server speak up. Higher ranks enjoy hearing about your experience in the server.
